In October 2019, our uptime has been an amazing 100%. This year, we’ve put real effort into providing this level of quality service to our apprenticeship learners and staff, and we are proud to be able to achieve this during the busiest time of the year, particularly for our FE colleges.
At Cognassist we are working with our growing number of clients in the apprenticeship sector to update and improve the system, and to keep up with growing demand for data-driven cognitive assessment at scale. In order to provide excellent service, no matter how many apprentices or training provider staff are using the system, our infrastructure and design enable it to scale to meet our users’ needs.
