2019 has been another milestone for Cognassist and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all our clients and partners who have helped us reach 40,000 assessed learners. This is an unprecedented level of brain profiling that will help us advance neuroscience even further.
With so many learners and staff relying on Cognassist to improve retention and success rates for apprentices by providing accurate cognitive assessments and personalised learning resources for apprentices with additional learning needs (ALN), ensuring our system is reliable and available is our top priority. In this post we look at our uptime, and our performance.
In October 2019, our uptime has been an amazing 100%. This year, we’ve put real effort into providing this level of quality service to our apprenticeship learners and staff, and we are proud to be able to achieve this during the busiest time of the year, particularly for our FE colleges.
At Cognassist we are working with our growing number of clients in the apprenticeship sector to update and improve the system, and to keep up with growing demand for data-driven cognitive assessment at scale. In order to provide excellent service, no matter how many apprentices or training provider staff are using the system, our infrastructure and design enable it to scale to meet our users’ needs. We know this provides clients with an extremely reliable and robust service, available when you and your users need it.
So far we have achieved the following:
- October 2019 uptime = 100%!
- Number of major feature releases over the last year = 7
- Number of assessments per month over the last year between 2 and 3000
- Average number of staff trained per month = 160/month
- Total trained over the last year = 2000+
We are delighted to provide a reliable, robust service to apprentices and their training providers all year round, in the United Kingdom and beyond.
